Alexis Aldridge, MS, OTR/L
Alexis has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Exercise Sport Science from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Alexis has been a practicing occupational therapist working with the pediatric population since 2019. She specializes in addressing sensory processing disorders, fine motor skills development, emotional regulation and feeding skills. She became certified as an SOS Trained Feeding Therapist in 2023, gaining additional expertise in all areas of feeding including sensory processing, oral motor development and establishing successful mealtime environments/routines. Alexis enjoys fostering a strong relationship with each child and caregivers, ensuring each session is tailored to individual needs and interests.
