Once we receive the referral, a member of the Thrive Therapy team will contact you to provide intake paperwork. As a courtesy, we verify your benefits and eligibility for therapy services and will reach out within 24 hours of receiving the completed paperwork. During the initial phone consultation, the evaluating therapist will review your intake forms and arrange a time and location for the evaluation—either in the comfort of your home or in your child’s school setting. The evaluation may include standardized testing, clinical observation, and caregiver input. After the evaluation, the therapist will contact you to review the results and discuss recommended next steps.
